About
Your company's AI.
Access to AI is easy now. The real question is how to turn that use into safe, lasting, measurable value for the company.
Why Feza
From individual productivity to company capability.
Employees already use AI to write text, review documents, analyze data, and support decision-making. Most of that work stays in personal accounts or individual chat histories. The methods people work out are not shared, the knowledge never becomes institutional, and when people leave, what they built up disappears with them.
We built Feza to solve that problem. Feza is a managed enterprise AI workspace, built for organizations with GDPR obligations. It combines the AI experience employees are used to with the company's rules for security, access, and data management.
Our aim is not only to offer a better AI assistant. It is to turn the AI use that happens inside the company into a capability the organization owns, can manage, and keeps improving.
Productivity to institutional memory
With Feza, employees can draft text and summaries in a single company-wide workspace, work with documents and tables, and draw on the company's knowledge sources within their permissions. Management can set which data and systems the AI is allowed to reach, apply usage policies, and measure adoption across the organization. AI use then stops being an individual habit outside the company's oversight and becomes a shared way of working.
Shared projects, approved knowledge sources, and reusable working methods turn individual productivity into institutional memory. Chat threads, files, sources, and decisions stay with the company, not with the person who created them. The best ways of working stop being methods only a few people know: they become company capabilities that teams can use, improve, and measure.
The company's context infrastructure
For AI to work reliably inside a company, data alone is not enough: it needs the right context. A customer cannot be fully understood without the contracts they are tied to and past decisions. Nor can a decision be understood without the policies that bound it, the sources it used, the approvals it received, and the results it produced.
That is why we are designing Feza not only as a workspace, but as the company's context infrastructure. It holds the company's knowledge, permissions, processes, and decisions together with the relations between them, not as records cut off from one another.
Over time, a piece of work leaves more than its output. The sources used, the method followed, the rules applied, and the result reached go into institutional memory as well. The company keeps not only what it knows, but how it works and why it made certain decisions.
Workspace to decision infrastructure
Our long-term vision is to turn this organizational context into an actionable enterprise ontology. A structure that understands the relations between customers, employees, contracts, processes, policies, risks, and decisions lets AI systems do more than reach information: they also grasp which steps they can take inside the company's boundaries.
As that body of knowledge grows, AI does not stop at answering "What happened?" It can also weigh "What might happen if we do this?" inside the company's own reality. The effects of new pricing on customers and revenue, the risks a contract change could create, or the results an operational decision could have across teams can be tested through alternative scenarios before the decision is made.
We call this the company's decision brain: an intelligence layer that keeps institutional memory, understands the current state, and makes possible outcomes visible, so people can make more consistent, forward-looking, and safer decisions. The aim is not an autonomous system that decides for people, but a way to carry the company's past experience and current context into every new decision.
Models change, the work stays
Feza is not tied to a single AI model. When a better, safer, or more economical model becomes available for a task, the company can move to it without losing its projects, knowledge base, history, or working habits. Lasting value does not build up in the model. It builds up in the context the company creates, in institutional memory, and in how the work is done. Models change, but the company's work and the knowledge specific to it stay its own.
Our approach is simple: this future is reached from where people already work every day, not through long, complicated transformation programs. So Feza starts as a workspace that solves today's real needs, and every use builds the company's decision infrastructure for tomorrow.
ERP systems record what happened. Business intelligence explains what happened. Feza turns why decisions were made into institutional memory, and helps companies decide their next step with more confidence.
