The files you upload are processed securely and kept only in your organization's workspace. Feza does not share what you upload, sell it, or use it for model training, and processes it for no other purpose.
Your organization sets the retention period, not Feza. Prompts and answers stay in the European Union for the period your organization chooses, so that your work history is preserved. Administrators manage retention policies, access permissions, which models may be used, and security settings from a single place. So your organization always controls which data is kept, for how long, and who can see it.
No. Your prompts, the files you upload, and the answers produced are not used for model training. Your organizational content is processed only to perform the operation you request.
Feza is model-independent and brings leading AI models into one interface. For each chat you can choose a model by performance, cost, or use case, and switch to another one at any time without losing your history or your source citations. What is published about model routes is in the API section.
