Feza Agents are AI coworkers configured for specific tasks and organizational knowledge sources. Each one keeps its instructions, files, and context, and works consistently without being set up again each time.
Chat is ideal for quick, one-off work. Agents keep the same information, instructions, and way of working on repeating tasks, and they can be standardized and shared across the team.
Teams can access shared agents through three channels:
- Directly from the Feza workspace
- Through Slack
- Through Microsoft Teams
No. An agent can only run published workflow versions that are authorized for the task. It cannot edit a workflow, change its connections, publish a new version, or skip a required approval.
The agent shows which steps finished and where it stopped. It does not present the task as done. It cannot create or change file ownership, access permissions, or record rules on its own. It works only with the information, files, and permissions your organization manages in its workspace.
