How work flows

From approved content. To a recorded outcome.

  1. Approved content
  2. Sourced chat
  3. Department agent
  4. Human approval
  5. Recorded outcome

Every step happens in the same workspace. You can trace the source used, the person who approved it and where the outcome was recorded.

Security and access

Work within the permissions set by hospital leadership.

Feza applies access controls, data policies and activity records across the workspace, from chat to automation.

Department and role-based access

Department and role determine who can reach each document. Unauthorized content does not appear in search results.

Policy for sensitive data

DLP rules and model-route policies determine which content can go to which model on the hospital’s behalf.

Source, action and approval record

The source behind the answer, the action taken and the approval given are recorded together. They can be reviewed later.

Feza is designed to support GDPR-compliant processing, with persistent workspace data stored in the European Union.
Clinical decisions, diagnosis, treatment and triage are outside Feza’s scope.

The hospital decides which documents enter the workspace. Versions approved by department and quality owners are added to the library. When a document changes, answers cite the current version rather than the old one.

Every answer shows the document and section it relies on. You can open the source in one step. Answers without a source are not produced, and final assessment always belongs to the clinician.

No. Feza supports sourced knowledge access, draft creation and department coordination. Clinical decisions always remain the clinician’s responsibility.
